摘要
可编程控制器(PLC)广泛应用于工业控制的各个领域。以西门子S7-300型PLC为核心,把S7-300型PLC和MM440变频器的应用相结合,通过研发的技能训练课题使学生掌握在工程中PLC硬件和编程软件的配合及应用、掌握MM440变频器外部硬件与参数设置的关系,并且了解工艺对PLC变频调速控制系统的要求,掌握工程设计思想和实现自动控制的具体方法。
Programmable logic controller （PLC） is widely used in industrial control fields. In this paper, with Siemens S7--300 PLC as the core, the application of the S7--300 PLC and MM440 inverter are combined. Through skills training programs, students may master S7--300 PLC cooperation and application of programming software and hardware in engineering. They also learn about external hardware and parameter settings of the MM440 inverter, understand requirements for the process on PLC frequency conversion control system, and master the design and realization of automatic control methods. Eventually they will master the specific methods of engineering design and realization of automatic control.
