摘要 随着煤炭行业的不断发展、选煤技术的不断改进、自动化水平的不断提高,可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)在选煤行业中的应用日益成熟。详细阐述了基于西门子S7-300系列PLC集中控制系统的网络构成、硬件选型、控制方法、软件流程图,并在此基础上介绍了上位机的构成和完成功能,最后给出该集中控制系统在晓明矿选煤厂的应用效果。 With the continuous development of coal industry, the continuous improvement of coal preparation technology, the constantly improvement of the level of automation, the application of programmable logic controller (PLC) in coal preparation industry is more and more mature .Based on the Siemens $7-300 PLC, the article elaborated the network structure, selection of hardware , control method and software flow diagram of the centralized control system in detail. Besides, the article introduces the structure and realization function of the upper computer. Finally the article gives the application effect of the centralized control system in Xiaoming mine washery.
