摘要
黄麻纤维作为一种具有吸湿透气、高强高模、抗菌、可降解等优点的天然纤维素纤维,是一种开发高档面料的理想原料,因此许多高校和企业对黄麻纤维及其产品进行了大量且深入的研究。通过查阅大量的国内外文献资料,主要综述了黄麻纤维细度及其精细化工艺的研究概况,并总结了养生处理时的注意点,同时阐述了黄麻纤维混纺纱的研究现状,最后简单介绍了黄麻纤维成纱结构的研究,提出了黄麻纤维纺纱技术的发展方向,对黄麻纤维产品的市场开发具有一定的指导意义。
Jute fiber which has moisture absorbent,breathable,high strength,high modulus, antibacterial,and biodegradable advantages as a kind of cellulose fiber is an ideal raw material for developing high grade fabric,so many universities and businesses take a large and in-depth research on jute fiber and its products.By reading a large number of domestic and foreign literature,the paper summarized the research of present situation on the fineness of jute fiber and the refiness process and the atten- tion of the pretreatment on refined jute fibers, meanwhile,the study on the structure of jute yarn was introduced.At last the paper put forward the development on the spin-ning technology of jute fiber, which has certain guiding effect for the market devel-opment of the jute fiber product.
