摘要
依据波浪形曲线方程.利用UG表达式实现波浪形棘轮的参数化精确建模,并以此为模板,借助VC++平台,利用UG/Open二次开发模块,设计MenuScript菜单和UIStyler对话框,编写UG/Open API编程接口及其控制程序,实现模型的调用和更改,进行波浪形棘轮参数化设计,提供了一种三维设计的新思路。
According to wavy curve equation, this paper uses the function of UG NX expression to construct the model with the accu- rate parameters and takes it as the wavy ratchet model. And then , by virtue of the secondary development function of UG NX/ Open, the menu of MenuScript and the dialog box of UlStyler are designed in the VC ＋ ＋ platform, and programming interface of UG/Open API and its controlling program are compiled. In the end, the calling function and parameter optimization design of three dimensional module of wavy ratchet are realized, and a new design idea is provided ,for construction digition model of similar workpiese.
