摘要
在UG环境下,开发了齿轮设计建模及虚拟装配系统。该系统利用其二次开发工具UG/OpenAPI实现了齿轮的设计计算,利用UG/OpenGrip实现了齿轮的三维参数化建模,利用UG/UIStyler开发了系统用户界面,并可对设计出的齿轮进行虚拟装配,有效地提高设计效率。
Based on Unigraphics software it develops a gears design system used for modeling and virtual assembly. This system can calculate the geometry parameters of gears, build up the parametric model with UG/ Open Grip, and implemente user interface with UG/UIStypler. Then virtual assembly for designed gears are carried out in order to improve gears design efficiency further.
