血清脂联素在子宫内膜癌患者中的表达及意义 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨脂联素在子宫内膜癌患者血清中的表达及临床意义。方法运用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测37例子宫内膜癌、16例子宫内膜增生过长患者血清及12例健康妇女血清脂联素的表达水平,分析脂联素与子宫内膜癌临床病理参数之间的关系。结果血清脂联素在子宫内膜癌、子宫内膜增生过长患者及健康妇女中表达分别为(5.83±2.28)、(11.20±2.48)、(15.34±3.05)mg/L,三者间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);脂联素的表达随着子宫内膜癌临床分期演进而降低,临床Ⅲ/Ⅳ期患者血清脂联素表达水平[(4.44±1.30)mg/L]低于Ⅰ/Ⅱ期[(6.31±2.27)mg/L],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);高、中、低分化的子宫内膜癌患者血清脂联素表达水平分别为(7.98±2.18)、(5.49±1.48)、(3.74±0.65)mg/L,三者间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);有淋巴结转移者血清脂联素的表达水平[(4.07±1.09)mg/L]低于无淋巴结转移者[(6.48±2.27)mg/L](P<0.05);脂联素的表达与子宫内膜癌的病理分型无关(P>0.05);Kaplan-Meier生存分析显示,血清脂联素表达水平越低患者生存率越低(P=0.047)。结论血清脂联素可能是子宫内膜恶性转变以及子宫内膜癌发生、转移的重要生物学标志,是子宫内膜癌发病的危险因素。
