摘要
结合工程实例,说明了厚壁砖结构烟囱爆破时,为了定向准确,爆破缺口稍大于1/2即可,此时,烟囱倒塌过程一般不会发生后坐、下坐现象。为使砖烟囱壁爆体充分破碎,炸药单耗取值应该在1000 g/m3左右,不宜太小。采用双层建筑钢网,用铁丝扎紧可以严密防止烟囱爆破飞石。
Combined with a real blasting engineering, a thick wall brick chimneys are blasted is demolished by. To control the collapsing direction accurately, the burst gap was set as a little more than half of the chimneys girth. In case of chimney collapsing, the phenomenon of recoiling and squatting will not occur to ensure the fully broken, the explosive factor should be in 1000 g/m3 or so,which cant be too small. Use double layer construction steel nets were used to prevent flying rock in the process of chimneys blasting demolition.
