摘要
本研究采用胃粘膜急性损伤模型 ,胃组织内 PGE2 含量测定 ,胃壁结合粘液含量测定为指标 ,观察溃疡合剂的胃粘膜细胞保护作用。结果 :本方对无水乙醇性胃粘膜损伤具有良好的抗损伤作用 ;能显著提高正常大鼠和无水乙醇损伤胃粘膜大鼠胃组织内 PGE2 含量 ;
This paper has studied the acute gastric mucosal injury model, the content of PGE 2 in gastric tissue and the content of conjugated mucus on the gastric mucosal wall for observing the gastric mucosal cytoprotection effects of ulcer formula. The results showed the formula had a good protective effect to the gastric mucosal injury with absolute ethanol, the content of PGE 2 was markedly enhanced either in the normal rats or in the gastric mucosal injuried rats with absolute ethanol and the content of conjugated mucus on the gastric wall of the normal rats was increased.
