摘要
川芎嗪ｉｇ能显著减轻乙醇所致胃粘膜损伤程度，此作用与其能增加胃壁结合粘液量、减低胃粘膜丙二醛含量。
The protective effect of tetrametyl pyrazine (TMP) on absolute ethanolinduced gastric mucosal injury in rat and its mechanism were studied.The results showed that TMP markedly reduced the lesion lndex of gastric mucosal induced by ig ethanol,significantly increased the gastric mucosal mucus content,markedly decreased content of MDA and rate of gastric emptying.The results suggested that TMP have a protective effect on the injury of gastric mucosa in rate.
