摘要
目的: 研究参麦注射液对急性有机磷农药中毒患者血清组织释放酶—肌酸磷酸激酶(CK)、肌酸磷酸激酶同工酶(CK—MB)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的影响及其意义。方法: 242 例有机磷农药中毒患者按入院顺序随机分组, 分别动态监测其血清中组织释放酶CK, CK- MB, LDH的变化并进行比较。结果: 参麦注射液治疗组血清中CK酶峰值[(624.3±225.5)U/L]、CK- MB酶峰值[(32.5±8.6)U/L]和LDH酶峰值[(316.4±128.7)U/L]与对照组[(801.9±403.7)U/L]、[(46.5±11.4)U/L]和[(406.7±149.6)U/L]比较, 显著降低(P均< 0.01)。参麦注射液治疗组酶峰出现时间CK[(40.3±12.6)小时]、CK- MB[(28.3±12.1)小时]和LDH[(58.3±13.2)小时]与对照组[(43.7±13.6)小时]、[(31.6±12.4)小时]和[(68.2±14.3)小时]比较, 明显提前。(分别P< 0.05, < 0.05和< 0.01)。结论:
Objective: To study the effects of Shen Mai injection on the changes of serum enzyme acute—serum creatine kinase(CK), creatine kinase isoenzyme MB(CK MB)and lactic dehydrogenase (LDH)in patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning(AOPP)and its significance. Methods: According to the sequence of patients that admitted in hospital, the 242 patients with AOPP were randomly divided into two groups the routine therapy treated and Shen Mai Injection treated groups, serum CK, CK MB and LDH were measured developmentally, then compared with each other. Results: Peak values of serum CK[(624.3±225.5)U/L], CK-MB[(32.5±8.6)U/L]and LDH[(316.4±128.7)U/L]in the patients with AOPP of Shen Mai Injection treated group were significantly lower than those in controls respectively [(801.9±403.7)U/L]、 [(46.5±11.4)U/L]and [(406.7±149.6)U/L], P<0.01 . Peak time of serum CK[at(40.3±12.6)hours after poisoning]、 CK-MB[at ( 28.3 ±12.1)hours after poisoning]and LDH[at(58.3±12.2)hours after poisoning]in the patients with AOPP of SHENMAI Injection treated group were significantly earlier than those in controls respectively[at (43.7±13.6)hours after poisoning],[at (31.6±12.4)hours after poisoning]and [at(68.2±14.3)hours after poisoning], P<0.05, P<0.05 and P< 0.01 . Conclusion: It is suggested that Shen Mai Injection has the protective effect on the tissuses of patients with AOPP.
