摘要
目的 对比观察激光焊接法、皮内缝合法及结节缝合法修复的人体皮肤切口愈合情况,阐明激光修复皮肤切口的优越性。方法 对17例不同疾病的人体皮肤切口进行CO2激光焊接,焊接功率10W±02W,并随机选择皮内缝合(5例)和结节缝合(5例)修复的人体皮肤切口作对照。术后3、7天和4周,观察皮肤切口的愈合情况。结果 激光焊接法修复的皮肤切口愈合快,切线痕迹细、平整,瘢痕不明显。结论 激光焊接皮肤切口是一种较理想的组织修复法,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To compare the healing process of skin incisions repaired by laser welding, intradermic suture and interrupted suture with emphasis on the advantages of laser welding method. Methods The skin incisions in 17 cases of patients were repaired by CO 2 laser welding. The power of welding was 1 0 W±0 2 W. The patients with intradermic or interrupted sutures were chosen randomly as control. The healing process was observed at the third, seventh day and the fourth week after opesation. Results Laser welding method had the advantage of fast healing and flat and slight scar formation. Conclusion Laser welding for the restoration of skin incision is an ideal method for tissue repairing and is worth applying in clinical practice.
