摘要
目的探讨子宫内膜微创术对重复周期体外受精-胚胎移植患者及C型内膜IVF患者的妊娠结局影响。方法选择笔者所在医院2010年5月～2012年1月收治的315名患者进行试验,重复周期的IVF治疗周期设为A组;C型内膜的患者设为B组;将A、B组再随机分为两组:A1组和B1组(实验组)进行子宫内膜微创术;A2组和B2组(对照组)没有进行子宫内膜微创术;比较A1组和A2组的胚胎种植率、临床妊娠率、流产率、异位妊娠率;比较B1组和B2组胚胎种植率、临床妊娠率、流产率、异位妊娠率。结果 A1组的胚胎种植率、临床妊娠率、流产率均高于A2组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A1组的异位妊娠率小于A2组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。B1组的胚胎种植率、临床妊娠率局高于B2组,差异无统计学差意义(P>0.05),B1组流产率高于B2组,但差异无明显统计学意义(P>0.05),B1组的异位妊娠率低于B2组,差异无明显统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论子宫内膜微创术可以提高C型内膜IVF患者的临床妊娠率,对重复周期的妊娠率的影响尚需要大样本的研究。
Objective To investigate endometrial minimally invasive surgery on repeated cycles of in vitro fertilization - embryo transplant patients and type C endometrial IVF in patients with pregnancy outcome. Methods From 2010May to201 lI center in December were repeated cycles of IVF treatment cycle is set to A group; C type endometrium of patients with B group; A, B groups were then randomly divided into two groups： group A1 and group Bl（experimental group） for endometrial minimally invasive operation; group A2and B2group （control group） no endometrial minimally invasive operation; compared with Algroup and A2 group of embryo implantation rate, clinical pregnancy rate, miscarriage rate, ectopic pregnancy rate; compared with Blgroup and B2 group embryo implantation rate, clinical pregnancy rate, miscarriage rate, ectopie pregnancy rate. Results The growing rate of A1 embryos clinical pregnancy rate abortion rate are higher than the A2 group, no significant difference （P 〉 0.05）; A1 group of ectopic pregnancy rate less than A2 group, is no statistical difference （P 〉 0.05） B1 group of embryo adoption rate of clinical pregnancy rates higher than the B2 bureau group, a statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）, B1 group abortion rate is higher than B2 group, but no significant difference （P 〉 0.05）, B1 group of ectopic pregnancy rates lower than B2 group, no significant difference （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Endometrial minimally invasive surgery can improve the type C endometrial IVF patients with clinical pregnancy rate, to repeat cycle pregnancy rate effect is the need for large sample studies.
