摘要
使用扫描电镜、能谱分析和背散射电子衍射等方法分析了药芯焊丝拉拔断裂的原因。结果表明,珠光体团中大块状渗碳体在拉拔过程中不易发生塑性变形,与基体脱离,形成裂纹源,裂纹在拉拔过程中快速扩展而导致焊丝最终断裂。
