摘要
指出了非金属夹杂物是造成高碳钢丝生产中失效的主要原因之一,同时总结了热处理组织和拉丝工艺对盘条拉拔性能的影响,提出了减少钢丝生产中失效的控制方法。
Non-metallic inclusion is one of the main factors that resulted in failure of high-carbon steel wires. The effects of structures after heat treatment and the technology process of wire on the drawing performance of wire rods were analyzed, and the controlling methods to decrease the failures during the production of steel wires were put forward.
