摘要
提出了一种适用于变压器的高频无源宏电路模型的建立方法,并应用该方法对一个10 kV变压器进行了建模仿真。该方法首先依据测量得到的导纳参数建立其π型等效电路,然后用改进矢量匹配法对导纳参数进行有理函数逼近;为建立能进行稳定仿真的电路模型,应用起作用集方法对导纳参数的有理函数进行无源优化,再用模式搜索法对电路元件进行优化,使电路综合得到的π型电路模型仅由参数值为正值的RLCG元件组成,最终实现了变压器电路模型的严格无源性。对10 kV单相变压器进行仿真计算验证了该方法的有效性。
A method is proposed to setup the high frequency macro circuit model for transformer and simulation is performed for a 10kV transformer. The x circuit model is setup based on the admittance parameters, and the modified vector fitting method is used to approximate the Y-parameters by rational functions firstly; To guarantee the simulation stability of the circuit model, rational functions of Y-parameters and component values are optimized by active-set method programming and pattern search algorithm to meet the strictly passive conditions, and finally the circuit model is synthesized by only RLCG with positive values. The simulation results of a 10kV single-phase transformer is presented, confirming the validity of the proposed method.
