摘要
分布式电源的高渗透率接入给配电网的安全运行带来了深刻影响,研究分布式电源的最大接入能力对配电网的规划、运行以及分布式电源的广泛应用具有重要意义。首先,提出了计及电压水平和支路容量约束条件的分布式电源最大接入能力数学模型,考虑了分布式电源出力和负荷需求的波动性对最大接入能力的影响。其次,提出了一种改进的模式搜索法对上述数学模型进行求解,能够准确可靠地获得最优解。最后,在IEEE123节点算例上进行测试,验证了所建立模型和算法的准确性和有效性。
High penetration rate of distributed generators (DGs)brings a great impact to the security of distributed sys- tem, and the research on the maximum capacity of has significance on the planning and operation of distributed system as well as the applications of DGs. Firstly, the maximum capacity model is established with eonstraints of node voltage and line capacity, and the fluctuation characteristics of DGs and load requirement are also considered. Then, a modified pattern search method is adopted to solve this problem. Finally, through testing the IEEE 123-node example system, the accuracy and validity of the model and method is verified.
