两个家系13例B(A)表型血型物质的检测与分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨B(A)基因携带者血型物质的产生情况,为B(A)表型的血清学鉴定提供有意义的参考依据。方法为两个B(A)表型献血者进行家系调查,对其中13例B(A)基因携带者的唾液及血浆进行血型物质检测。结果 B(A)02基因携带者的唾液中均检测到ABH物质;B(A)04基因携带者的唾液中均检测到BH物质,未检测到A物质;同一家庭成员,在唾液中检出的弱血型物质,在其血浆中不易检出。结论 B(A)02和B(A)04基因携带者的血型物质产生有一定规律,但还需要进一步积累和验证;唾液血型物质检测和血浆相比,具有简单、灵敏、结果易于观察等优点,是进行血型物质检测的理想标本。 Objective To explore the production of blood type material in the B (A) gene carriers person, in order to provide a meaningful reference basis for B (A) phenotype of serological identification. Methods Family study was given for two B (A) donors, the saliva and blood plasma of 13 cases of B (A) gene carriers were detected. Results ABH substance was detected in the saliva of B (A) 02 gene carriers, BH substance was detected in the saliva of B (A) 04 gene carriers, and a substance was not detected; the weak blood type material was detected in the saliva of the same family members, which was not easily detected in the plasma. Conclusion The production of blood type material of B (A) 02 and B (A) 04 gene carriers has certain rules, but it needs to be further accumulation and validation; Saliva blood type material testing has the advantages of sim- ple, sensitive, easier for observation, compared with plasma testing, which is an ideal specimen for the detection of blood type material.
