摘要
目的对检验过程中发现的一例特殊血型进行鉴定,并对结果进行分析。方法采用血型血清学进行ABO血型正反定型试验,并根据需要追加红细胞与抗血清吸收放散试验和血浆中血型物质检测。并利用PCR-SSP方法来检测其ABO基因及进行人红细胞ABO cisAB与B(A)血型基因分型检测,同时对DNA序列进行分析。结果在该患者体内发现B(A)02基因,且血清学有相应的反应格局。结论对ABO血型血清学正反定型不符的标本,可以用分子生物学方法进行辅助验证。
Objective To identify a specific blood group found in the inspection process, and the results were analyzed. Methods The blood group is typed by positive and reverse ABO blood typing. Absorption-elution test and the blood-group substance test are added in light of actual needs. PCR-SSP was used to detect the ABO cisAB and B （A） genotyping, then continues to sequence the gene to analysis the sequence. Results B（A） 02 gene was found,and serological response shown the same result. Conclusion molecular biology method （e. g. PCR-SSP） can be aided verify the result when the ABO sero-logical type does not match the sample.
