摘要
应用化学分析、金相检验和电子探针显微分析技术对小圆钢热顶锻裂口原因进行了分析,结果表明小圆钢热顶锻裂口是由于非金属夹杂物偏析而形成带状铁素体,降低了钢材的塑性和韧性,导致在热轧时开裂,热顶锻后扩张成裂口。
The analysis has been taken on the split of small size hot-rolled bar hot forged by means of chemical analysis, metallographic examination and electron probe microanalysis. The results show that the split is caused by the non-metallic inclusions and banded ferrite-structure. It degraded the plasticity and toughness of bar. The cracks are engendered during hot rolling. Finally the crack expanded and formed split during hot forging.
