摘要
近年来高等职业教材的出版如雨后春笋,高职教材的编写既要体现出高职特点,又要兼顾突出教材编写内容的重要性、时效性、应用性。文章从《物业管理实务》课程的教学感受为出发点,从物业服务企业对物业管理专业学生知识和技能的要求入手,分析了高职学生职业能力的现状及高职教材编写存在的问题,提出了高职教材编写的原则。
In recent years,the publishing of textbooks for higher vocational has been springing up.Vocational teaching materials compiled should not only reflect vocational characteristics,but also highlight its importance,timeliness and applicability.The paper starts with the teaching experience in the course of ＂Property Management Practice＂ and the requirements from property service enterprises for the students＇ knowledge and skills.Besides,it analyzes the current status of the professional competence of the students and the problems in compiling vocational teaching materials and puts forward the relevant principles.
