正常高值血压人群血浆硫化氢水平与其高血压发生的关系 被引量:1

Correlation between plasma level of hydrogen sulfide and incidence of hypertension in people with high normal blood pressure

摘要 目的:研究正常高值血压人群血浆硫化氢(H2S)水平与其高血压发生的相关性。方法:回顾性分析1056例参加健康查体的正常高值血压者,去蛋白法检测血浆H2S含量;随访24个月后,按是否进展为高血压分为高血压组(226例)和无高血压组(830例),比较两组间血浆H2S水平差异;四分位法分析H2S含量与高血压发生率的关系;Logistic回归分析法研究H2S水平是否为高血压发生的危险因素。结果:高血压组血浆H2S含量明显低于无高血压组[(32.54±3.61)μmol/L比(50.62±3.84)μmol/L,P<0.01];随H2S含量逐渐降低(<60.72μmol/L,<51.84μmol/L,<42.97μmol/L,<34.09μmol/L),高血压发生率逐渐升高(13.3%,15.0%,27.8%,35.8%,P<0.01);Logistic回归分析显示血浆H2S含量是导致高血压发生的危险因素(OR=2.821,P<0.001)。结论:血浆硫化氢含量降低,可能是促进正常高值血压者向高血压进展的危险因素。 Objective: To investigate correlation between plasma level of hydrogen sulfide (H2 S) and incidence of hypertension in people with high normal blood pressure. Methods: Clinical data of i 056 subjects with high normal blood pressure undergoing health examination were retrospectively analyzed. Deproteinization method was used to measure plasma H2 S concentration. After 24 - month follow up, according to develop into hypertension or not, subjects were divided into hypertension group (n = 226) and no-hypertension group (n = 830). Plasma 1-12 S level was compared between the two groups. Quartile method was used to analyze relation between Hz S concentration and incidence rate of hypertension; Logistic regression analysis was used to study whether H2 S level was a risk factor for incidence of hypertension. Results: Plasma H2 S concentration of hypertension group was significantly lower than that of no-hypertension group [- (32.54 ± 3.61) umol/L vs. (50.62 ± 3.84) umol/L, P〈0.01] ; the lower H2S concentration was ((60.72 umol/L, 〈51.84 umol/L, 〈42.97 umol/L, 〈34. 09umol/L), the higher incidence rate of hypertension was (13.3%, 15.0% , 27.8%, 35.8%, P〈0.01) ; Logistic regression analysis indicated that plasma H2S concentration was a risk factor of hypertension (OR = 2. 821, P〈0. 001). Conclusion: Decrease of plasma concentration of hydrogen sulfide may be a risk factor makeing people with high normal blood pressure develop into hypertension patient.
