摘要 在显微镜下分别观察并用CCD摄像系统记录曼龙鱼色素细胞的显微结构特点。组成曼龙鱼的色素细胞为黑色素细胞、黄色素细胞、红色素细胞和虹彩细胞4种。黑色素细胞核较大,含黑色和棕色的色素颗粒,色彩呈黑色或褐色,在鱼体表层皆有分布,有两种形态:一种树突状分枝不明显,个体相对较小;另一种树突状分支多且较为粗大,延伸成放射状,颜色较深。黄色素细胞和红色素细胞核较小,分别含黄色素颗粒和红色素颗粒,色彩分别呈黄色或桔黄色、浅红色或紫红色。虹彩细胞核最小,含鸟粪素颗粒,呈白色或银白色,仅分布在鳞片表层。 In this paper, the microstructure characteristics of Trichogaster trichopterus's chromatophores through Olympus microscope and CCD capture system were observed and recorded. The results showed there are four kinds of chromato- phores, namely melanophore, xanthophore, erythrophore and guanophore. The nucleus of melanophore with black and brown pigment granules is relatively larger; their colors appeared either black or brown and are widely distributed on the sur- face of Trichogaster trichoptertts. In general, there are two forms: one is relatively small with unobvious dendritic branches; the other is large with many radical branches, whose color appeared deeper. And the nucleus of xanthophore and erythro- phore is relatively small, with yellow granules and red granules respectively, and which appeared yellow or orange, pink or purple separately. However, the nucleus of guanophore is the smallest; these cells appeared white or silver and are merely distributed on the surface of scales, containing guano granules.
