摘要
目的:考察表达性团体辅导对受地震影响但未出现严重心理创伤的儿童的作用。方法:方便选取绵阳市某小学三、四、五年级学生,通过面谈及儿童孤独量表(CLS)和儿童社交焦虑量表(SASC)筛选,确定有一定程度孤独感和社交焦虑者共120人,随机分为实验组(n=60)和对照组(n=60)。实验组接受7次表达性团体辅导,对照组处于常态。团体辅导前后采用CLS和SASC对两组进行测量,并对实验组在团体辅导后用自编表达性团体辅导观点调查表进行调查。结果:团体辅导前,两组SASC和CLS得分差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);团体辅导后,实验组SASC和CLS得分均低于对照组(均P<0.001),实验组CLS得分低于量表理论平均分(P<0.001);团体辅导后,实验组SASC和CLS得分低于团体辅导前(均P<0.001),而对照组团体辅导前后SASC和CLS得分差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。团体辅导后,实验组对表达性团体辅导有较多正性评价。结论:表达性团体辅导能够从整体上缓解受地震影响但并未出现严重心理创伤儿童的孤独感和交往中的焦虑感,提升其心理健康水平。
Objective: To study the effect of expressive group counseling on children who were affected by earthquake but had no grave psychic trauma. Methods: By convenience sampling and control study methods, 120 children with loneliness and social anxiety were selected and assigned into experiment group (n = 60) and control group ( n = 60). The experiment group was intervened with expressive group counseling for 7 weeks and the control group was not intervened. The subjects were assessed with the Social Anxiety Scale for Children (SASC) and Chil- dren's Loneliness Scale (CLS) before and after group counseling. After group counseling the experiment group was assessed with the self made questionnaire about attitude to expressive group counseling. Results: The scores of SASC and CLS were not significant difference between experiment group and control group before counseling (Ps 〉0. 05). After counseling, the scores of SASC and CLS were lower in the experiment group than in the control group [(12.2 ±2.0) vs.(15.8±2.2),(42.5 ±11.8) vs. (57.8±7.6),Ps〈0.01],and the scores of CLS in the experiment group were significant lower than the theoretic average score of CLS (P 〈 0. 01). In the experimental group, the scores of SASC and CLS were decreased after the counseling [ (12. 2 ±2.0) vs. ( 15.7 ± 2. 1 ), (42. 5± 11.8) vs. (57. 3 ±8.8), Ps 〈0. 001], but there was no significant difference in the control group (Ps 〉0. 05). The experimental group had positive attitudes to expressive group counseling. Conclusion: It suggests that the expressive group counseling has obvious effects on loneliness and social anxiety among children.
