预处理对NiTiNb合金充氢行为的影响

摘要 利用DSC等研究手段,探讨了电解充氢环境下预应变和热处理制度对NiTiNb合金的相变行为及性能特征的影响。结果发现,相同充氢条件下随着预变形量的增大,充氢层体积增加,而心部具有可逆马氏体相变的体积减小。热处理温度的升高,会导致样品中充氢层的体积减小,能发生可逆相变的马氏体的体积增大,样品中的低温峰有向低温移动的趋势。热处理保温时间的延长,使得样品中的氢不断地向样品外部扩散,原来在电解充氢过程中不能可逆马氏体相变的部分得到恢复,而NbH化合物的体积则出现减小。 The effects of pre-strain and heat treatment on the phase transformation and property of NiTiNb alloy were explored by using DSC and other methods. The results showed that under the same hydrogen-charging conditions, the volume of hydrogen-charging layer increased while the volume of the central zone with reversible martensitic phase transformation, and a tend that the low temperature peak gradually moved to lower temperature. With the extension of heat treatment holding time, hydrogen in the sample kept diffusing outward, and the zone where irreversible martensitic phase transformation could not occur gradually recovered, while the volume of NbH compound decreased obviously.
