摘要
利用某省的工资,算出了各种缴费年限的养老金替代率和养老保险基金缺口,并结合养老金替代率和养老保险基金缺口的计算公式,讨论了既要达到目标替代率,又要维持养老保险基金收支平衡的应对措施和建议。
Making use of the wages in a certain province,the author calculated the pension replacement rate and pension insurance fund gap for a variety of contribution years,combined with the formula of the pension replacement rate and pension fund gap, discussed the measures and recommendations on how to achieve the target replacement rate and maintain the pension insurance fund balance as well.
