摘要
创业教育的有效实施有赖于政府、社会、高校形成合力。政府作为资源掌控的主体,应充分利用其信息优势及行政职能制定有利于大学生创业的政策,发挥其政策保障作用;社会作为创业教育既得利益者,应努力为大学生创业创设良好的文化氛围,从而为大学生创业提供思想基础和社会认同;高校作为创业教育实施的主体,应充分发挥其主阵地作用,切实从完善高校创业教育组织机构、建设高素质的师资队伍、构建灵活多样的创业教育课程等方面为大学生创业教育提供实施保障。
The effective implementation of entrepreneurship education depends on the combined efforts of the government, society and universities. As the main control of resources, the government should make full use of its information superiority and administrative functions to make a policy which is beneficial for students to start their own business and should play its role of policy safeguarding. As the gainer of entrepreneurship education, the society should create a good cultural atmosphere to pro- vide ideological foundation and social identity for students starting their own business. As the main part in the implementation of entrepreneurship education, universities hould give full play to the role of its main positions to provide the safeguards of implementation for entrepreneurship education from the following aspects., improving the organization of entrepreneurship education, constructiing highquality teachers and building flexible entrepreneurial education courses.
