摘要
本科生导师制是高等院校本科生培养中的一项基本制度,对本科生个性化培养和能力提高具有不可替代的作用。针对高等院校的特点,在对本科生导师制系统界定的基础上,对本科生导师制的功能、组元、环境、结构和运行进行了系统分析。本科生导师制运行过程中,应明确本科生导师在本科生培养中的地位,强化本科生导师的责任意识,运用灵活的导学方式,建立长效的师生交流机制及科学合理的评价机制。
Undergraduate tutorial system is a basic system of undergraduate training in university, which has an irreplaceable role in the undergraduate personalized training and capacity improvement. In connect with the character of universities, based on the boundary definition of undergraduate tutorial system, a systematic analysis of undergraduate tutorial system is carried out, which includes function analysis, component analysis, environment analysis, structure analysis, and operation analysis, etc. In the process of the undergraduate tutorial system, it is important to clear and define the tutor's role and strengthen the tutor's sense of duty. It is better to create the permanent exchange mechanism of teachers and students, as well as the scientific and reasonable evaluation system with the flexible learning introduction way.
