摘要
圆筒混合机主要用于钢铁和有色金属冶炼烧结物料的混合和制粒作业。柔性传动圆筒混合机是新型物料混合制粒设备。分析了圆筒混合机传统设计中存在的问题 ,介绍了柔性传动圆筒混合机的研制和使用情况。
Rotary mixer is used in mixing and granulating sinter for ferrous and nonferrous metallurgy Rotary mixer with bogiflex drive is designed by Changsha Nonferrous Metals Design and Research Institute and Xiangtan Iron and Steel (Group) Co , Ltd together This paper analyses the problems in design of common rotary mixer, several criteria of design and the result of application of bogiflex drive on rotary mixer are introduced
