摘要
根据指状锥面包络蜗轮滚刀的成形原理,推导出蜗轮滚刀基本蜗杆螺旋面方程,计算了滚刀的法向齿形坐标数据并绘出图形,据此设计制造的蜗轮滚刀性能良好。
Based on the forming principle of finger conical enveloping worm wheel hob,the curved surface equation of the primary worm wheel hob was deduced.The coordinate data of the normal profile of the worm wheel hob was calculated,and the picture was drawed.In practice,the conical enveloping worm wheel hob designed and manufactured according to the principle was proved to be well.
