摘要
反对家庭暴力的重要任务之一是探讨家庭暴力产生的原因。本文采用多层次系统分析法,从社会文化规范、现行法律机制、男性与女性个体因素、情景因素几方面对我国女性遭受家庭暴力的原因进行了论述。
Domestic violence is between husband and wife, where the victims are mainly women. Among the tasks tofight against domestic violence, investigating thereasons of domestic violence is one of the most important. In this paper, the multi-level system analysis is appliedfor the research of the reasons forfemalevictimsin domestic violence. Discussions are developed fromthe aspects of socio-cultural norms, existing legal mechanisms, individual factors from male and female, and the situational factors.
