摘要
目的 对社区综合防治高血压效果进行评价。方法 2 0 0 2年 2月 1日～ 2 0 0 2年 3月 1日对月坛社区卫生服务中心所管理的 5 2 0名高血压病人和复兴医院三里河门诊就诊的非本社区管理的高血压病人进行血压测量与问卷调查。结果 社区高血压病人血压控制情况与门诊病人间差别有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 ) ,医疗费用与社区病人间差别有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 本着以“居民健康需求为导向 ,实施防、治、保、康、教一体化”的原则 ,对高血压社区人群施行社区综合管理可以改善血压控制水平 ,节约医疗费用。但是必须以“中国高血压防治指南”为依据 ,尽快建立社区与专科医院之间的双向转诊制度 。
Objective To evaluate the effect of cooperative management for hypertension in the community health services centers of Yuetan.Methods From Feb.1st 2002 to Mar.1st 2002,520 patients with hypertension come from community health department of Fuxing Hospital were surveyed by standardized questionnaire.Results The two groups were contrasted respectively.Not only does the blood pressure of patients in the community health service centers of Yutan decrease by about 5 mmHg compared with the blood pressure of patients come from out patient department of Fuxing,but also the payment for the treatment of hypertension in the community health service centers of Yutan to one patient was economized 1021.61 Yuan(RMB).Conclusion The cooperative management of hypertension in community is beneficial to both controlling hypertension and cutting down the payment of medicine.
