摘要
针对德龙公司1 250生产线带钢冷轧基料表面大规模出现的"起皮"缺陷问题,研究了冷轧基料边部缺陷的宏观和微观特征,通过对冷轧基料和后续冷轧薄宽带钢缺陷组织金相观察、电镜和能谱分析,确定了带钢边部"起皮"的根本原因。在炼钢连铸环节,通过减少连铸过程中的水口总吹氩量,改变中间包水口插入深度等措施,"起皮"缺陷发生概率由7.2%降到1%以下。
It is researched the macro - and micro - view features of edge defects of cold - rolling base in 1 250 hot - rolling strip steel line. With metallographic observation, electron microscope and energy - spectrum a- nalysis for the scaling defects on cold -rolling base and later cold -rolling thin wide strip steel, the reason is determined for the scaling defect on edge of strip steel. With measures adopted in continuous casting stage of steel - making: reducing total amount of nozzle argon - blowing in casting, changing nozzle insertion depth in tundish, the probability of occurrence of scaling defect reduces from 7.2% to lower than 1%.
