摘要
采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱仪等对65Mn钢板表面起皮原因进行分析,结果表明:起皮缺陷是由于钢中存在非金属夹杂物及氧化铁皮的压入而引起的。这些非金属夹杂物主要是由Fe、O、Ca、Si、Mg、S等元素所构成。
The causes for peeling on surface of 65Mn steel plates are analyzed by optical microscope, scanning electron microscope and energy spectrometer. The results show that ~the defect is caused by nonmetallic inclusions which consist of such elements as Fe, O, Ca, Si, Mg and S in steels as well as the press - in of iron scale.
