摘要
介绍了涤锦复合丝氨纶汗布和涤锦复合丝氨纶夹层布的编织工艺。涤锦复合丝氨纶针织物经开纤后具有良好的手感、弹性和吸湿性,但氨纶由于耐碱性差,在开纤过程中易遭到碱剂破坏而出现熔断现象,因此对涤锦复合丝氨纶针织物的开纤工艺进行探讨,得出其开纤工艺条件:烧碱5 g/L,温度110℃,时间50 min。
This paper introduces the producing technology of polyester/polyamide composite yarn and polyurethane knitted single jersey and polyester/polyamide composite yarn knitted sandwich construction.After opening to the polyester/polyamide composite yarn and polyurethane knitted fabric,the hand,elasticity and moisture absorbent property can be improved.But due to the worse anti-alkali property of polyurethane fiber,it may be broken during the opening process.This paper works out an optimized opening technology: the concentration of caustic soda is 5 g/L,the temperature should be 110 ℃ and the keeping time is 50 minutes.
