摘要
Coolplus纤维表面呈"十"字形,具有排湿透气性,Richcel系高湿模量粘胶纤维,T400新型复合聚酯纤维,具良好的弹性,文中探讨了Coolplus/Richcel T400交织弹力织物的染整加工工艺,包括酶氧一浴冷轧堆、烧毛、定形、染色和柔软整理等工艺条件。经此工艺加工后的织物富有弹性,手感柔软光滑,悬垂、细腻,且尺寸稳定。
Coolplus fiber features good water diffusion and wicking properties via cross configuration on fiber surface, Richcel fiber is high wet modular viscose fiber, and T400 fiber is a new polyester fiber with good elasticity. Wet processing of their mixed elastic fabrics were investigated, including cold pad-batch with enzyme/H2O2 in one bath, singeing, heat setting, dyeing and softening finish. The results showed that the treated fabrics had good elasticity, soft and smooth handle, good drape, as well as stable dimension.
