摘要
目的:观察黄芩清肺饮加减治疗寻常型痤疮的临床疗效。方法:将120例患者随机分为2组,对照组60例采用口服罗红霉素胶囊治疗,治疗组60例口服黄芩清肺饮加减。结果:愈显率治疗组为88.34%,对照组为60.00%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:黄芩清肺饮加减治疗寻常型痤疮疗效优于罗红霉素。
Objective： To explore clinical effects of modified HuangQin QingFeiYin in treating acne vulgaris. Method： All 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups. Sixty cases in control group orally took roxithromycin capsules while the ones in treatment group took HuangQin QingFeiYin. Result： Cure rate of treatment group was 88.34%, superior to 60.00% of control group with remarkable difference （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Modified HuangQin QingFeiYin is more effective than roxithromycin capsules in treating acne vulgaris.
