摘要
分析古今医家治疗痤疮的用方规律不外侧重外治之法、解毒杀虫力强、注意祛风退瘢与发展活血之法,而现代医家则治法多样,内外兼施,内治法的用方规律为初起予疏风清热、注意清热除湿、重在解毒消痈与兼以活血化瘀、补虚不忘健体,外治则多用清热解毒、活血散结之法,注意美白祛瘢,并参考现代药理研究合理用药。
