摘要
舍格伦综合征是一种慢性自身免疫性疾病,发病机制复杂。非肥胖糖尿病小鼠是研究舍格伦综合征理想的动物模型之一,该小鼠同时具有唾液分泌功能降低和涎腺淋巴细胞浸润等特征,与人类舍格伦综合征较为相似。因此,将其用于舍格伦综合征的研究有着独特的优势。本文围绕非肥胖糖尿病小鼠相关的动物模型,以自发性涎腺炎为重点,从遗传因素、细胞凋亡、自身抗体、炎症因子等方面就舍格伦综合征发病机制的研究进展作一综述。
Sjtigren's syndrome is a chronic autoimmune disease,the pathogenesis of which still remains to be explored. Non-obese diabetic (NOD) mouse, presenting impairment of secretory function as well as the development of sialoadenitis,which is in common with human Sjgren's syndrome, is considered as one of the appropriate animal models for the study of SjSgren's syndrome. With regard to genetic factors, apopto- sis, autoantibodies and cytokines, this paper reviewed the progress in understanding the pathogenesis of Sjtigren's syndrome in NOD mice.
