干燥综合征唇腺组织中Survivin和bcl-2蛋白的表达 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨凋亡相关蛋白Survivin,bcl-2在干燥综合征(SS)唇腺组织中的表达及其相关性。方法采用免疫组织化学方法,对20例SS患者和8例正常对照唇腺组织中Survivin,bcl-2的表达进行检测。结果Survivin在SS唇腺腺泡细胞和导管上皮内表达弱,与正常对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。bcl-2对照组唇腺腺泡细胞和导管上皮内大量表达,与SS组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Survivin和bcl-2在ss唇腺腺泡细胞和导管上皮内的表达有正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论bcl-2与Survivin在SS患者唇腺腺泡和导管上皮细胞的凋亡中可能发挥着重要的作用。 Objective To investigate the expression of Survivin and bcl-2 in salivary glands of patients with primary Sjogren's syndrome (SS) and their correlation. Methods Expression of Survivin and bcl-2 in salivary gland in 20 patients with SS and 8 controls were detected in situ by immunohistoehemical technique. The correlation between the expression of Survivin and bel - 2 in salivary glands of patients with SS were analyzed using SPSS 11.0. Results Survivin was less expressed in the acinar and ductal epithelial cell in salivary gland in SS patients, and there was no significant difference compared with controls ( P 〉 0.05 ). Bcl-2 was more strongly expressed in acinar and ductal epithelial cells of salivary glands in control group than in SS group(P〈0.05). Expres- sion of Survivin in SS group was positively correlated to expression of bcl-2. Conclusion These results suggest that the bcl-2 and Survivin may play an important role in the apoptosis of acinar and ductal epithelial cell in salivary glands of patients with SS.
