摘要
当今时代网络科技的迅猛发展表明,掌握和使用信息通讯技术已成为时代发展的必然趋势。本文通过中国网民的增长与未接触计算机人群的对比,特别是大学生群体未接触计算机数量的增长,来表明关注大学生数字不平等现象的重要性,列举出高校图书馆应该发挥的作用。最后提出在解决数字不平等现象中高校图书馆可行的建设性意见。
With the development of net,it＇s extremely significant to master and apply the information and communication technology.Comparing with the people who use computer with little time and the increasing Internet users,especially the students,it was necessary to pay attention to the phenomenon of digital inequality of university student.And then what the university library should do is listed.Finally,the constructive suggestion is put forward to the university library on the way of solving the phenomenon of digital inequality.
