摘要
目的研究葎草的化学成分。方法通过各种柱色谱进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果分离并鉴定了6个化合物,3β-木栓醇(1),N-p-香豆酰酪胺(2),2-(3,4-dihydroxryphenyl)-5,7-dihydroxry-6,8-bis(3-methyt-2-enyl)-4H-l-benzopyran-4-one(3),木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(4),大波斯菊苷(5),crotonoylcosiin(6)。结论化合物1、3和6首次从葎草中分离得到,其中化合物3波谱数据为首次报道。
AIM To study the chemical constituents of Humulus scandens.METHODS Silica gel column chromatography was used in the isolation procedure.The structures of the isolated compounds were elucidated by spectral data physicochemical examination.RESULTS Six compounds were isolated from Humulus scandens,including 3β-friedelinol(1),N-p-coumaroyltyramine(2),2-(3,4-dihydroxryphenyl)-5,7-dihydroxry-6,8-bis(3-methyt-2-enyl)-4H-1-benzopyran-4-one(3),cynaroside(4),cosmosglycosides(5) and crotonoylcosiin(6).CONCLUSION Compounds 1,3 and 6 are isolated from Humulus scandens for the first time.
