摘要
目的观察八味益肾丸治疗阳痿(肾阳虚证)的疗效。方法将患者440例随机分为治疗组(310例)口服八味益肾丸和对照组(130例)口服益肾兴阳胶囊,对比观察两药的显效率和有效率。结果两组均有满意疗效,未见明显不良反应;但八味益肾丸在治疗阳萎(肾阳虚证)所表现出的精神不振和沉弱脉,增加患者性交次数,改善阴茎勃起程度,提高性快感等方面优于对照组。结论八味益肾丸治疗阳痿有一定疗效。
AIM To observe the effect of Bawei Yishen Pill in impotence with yang deficiency of heart and kidney.METHODS Four hundred and forty patients were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group（310 patients） were treated with Bawei Yishen Pill and the control group（130 patients） were treated with Yishen Xingyang Capsule.The significant efficiency and effect between two groups were compared.RESULTS Both groups showed the satisfactory results and no adverse reaction.But the clinical effects of the treatment group were better than those of the control group in the treatment for the symptoms of lassitude with the deep-weak pulse.The increase in the frequency of sexual intercourse,the good erection and sexual pleasure in the treatment group were superior to those in the control group.CONCLUSION Bawei Yishen Pill has curative effect in the treatment of impotence.
