摘要
目的了解南通市围婚青年对自愿婚检的参与及认知情况,探讨提高免费婚检率的相关措施。方法采用现场问卷调查,对在南通市妇幼保健院进行早孕检查的孕妇200人进行问卷调查,并对调查问卷进行统计学分析。结果群众对婚检知识了解不足,自愿参加免费婚检意识普遍不强。结论应通过有效途径加强婚检知识宣传,提高新婚青年自愿婚检的认知度;提供优质服务,改进婚检工作模式,以增加新婚青年自愿婚检的积极性;建议政府出台相关政策实行免费强制措施,提高新婚青年自愿婚检率,降低出生人口缺陷。
Objective To investigate the participation and understanding of the voluntary marital physical examinations among peri marriaged youth.Methods Analysis questionnaire from pregnant women.Results People do not understand marital physical examination very well and they have no consciousness on free marital physical examination.Conclusions Propagate the importance about marital physical examination by effective ways to improve the youth＇s awareness.Good services also should be provided.By these methods,young couples will participate in marital physical examinations more actively.Suggestion for the government to publish relevant policy to compulsory premarital medical examination to get higher check-up rate and reduce birth defects.
