摘要
目的观察三种不同抗氧化活性蔬菜对老龄大鼠抗氧化功能的影响。方法自然衰老雌性Wistar大鼠随机分四组,每组15只。对照组给予AIN-93M基础饲料,其余三组添加等量新鲜蔬菜折算的真空冷冻蔬菜粉(2.4%藕粉、0.7%油菜粉、0.6%黄瓜粉)的AIN-93M饲料,实验周期6w。实验结束后取血及肝、心、脑等组织,测定抗氧化活性、一些抗氧化物质和脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量等指标。结果四组老龄大鼠血浆抗氧化活性无统计学差异;油菜和黄瓜干预组老龄大鼠血浆谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量(0.92±0.43,0.77±0.35)mg/L显著高于老龄对照组(0.52±0.22)mg/L;蔬菜干预组老龄大鼠血浆、组织MDA含量显著地低于对照组。结论三种蔬菜对老龄大鼠机体抗氧化功能均有一定的改善作用,未发现体外抗氧化活性较强的蔬菜对老龄机体抗氧化功能的改善作用优于抗氧化活性较弱的蔬菜;蔬菜发挥的保护作用可能是多种抗氧化物质协同作用的结果,其有效成分需要进一步研究揭示。
Objective To evaluate the effects of vegetables with different antioxidant activity on antioxidant function in the aged rats.Methods Sixty 20-month-old female Wistar rats were randomly assigned to 4 dietary treatments(AIN-93M,AIN-93M supplemented with 2.5% lotus root powder,0.7% rape powder,0.6% cucumber powder respectively) for 6 w.At the end of the experiment,the function of antioxidant system was assessed.Results Plasma content of glutathione(GSH) in rape and cucumber groups were remarkably higher than those in control and lotus root groups(P〈0.05).After the intervention of the 3 vegetables,malondialdehyde(MDA) contents in plasma and tissues were significantly declined as compared with control group(P〈0.05).There were no changes in plasma contents of ascorbic acid,uric acid,phenolics and plasma FRAP value among four groups.Conclusion The vegetables with high antioxidant activity in vitro are as effective on improving the antioxidant function of aged rats as those with low antioxidant activity.Several functional components contained in vegetables may act synergistically.
