摘要
2009年以来,在各水质站开展反冲洗周期优化工作,考虑到不同水质站来水水质的差别以及滤罐的反冲洗效率不同,选择滤后出水水质和过滤器的水头损失这两个主要参数来优化反冲洗周期。但由于采用的仍是定时、定周期的反冲洗制度,虽然便于生产管理,但对于实现在线自动反冲洗监测技术,在精确性和准确度上的要求仍有差距。本文主要针对影响滤床过滤周期的纳污量、滤速等关键因素推导它们之间的关系式,辅助定量的现场试验数据求证,开展了核桃壳滤床、磁铁矿和石英砂双层滤料滤床的粒状滤料反冲洗周期和纳污量关系的理论应用研究。

In this essay, against such as the pollutant capacity of the filtration cycle and the filter speed to derive the relationship, used for prove the data in the test. We started to research the theory application of the relationship between granular media' s backwashing cycle and pollutant capacity. The granular media included walnut shell filter bed and magnetite, as well as quartz sand' s double-layer media filter bed.
