摘要
深层过滤是化工过程非均相分离中最基本的方法之一,在石油化工水处理方面占有很重要的地位。重点对炉渣滤料深层过滤的流体力学性能进行了研究,并根据炉渣滤料的过滤试验数据,进行了数学模型的数值计算。结果表明,文中所采用的数学模型可以用来描述深层过滤过程流体力学性能,使Kozeng方程可以直接用于计算深层过滤过程中床层压降随时间的增长规律。
The deep bed filtration is one of the basic methods for the heterogeneous separation in chemical engineering, which plays an important role in the petrochemical wastewater treatment. This paper focused on the hydrodynamic performance of deep bed filtration of the cinder filter. Based on the filtration results, the values from the mathematical model were calculated. The results showed that the adopted mathematical model could describe hydrodynamic performance of the deep bed filtration. The time-dependent increase of pressure drop of bed in the deep bed filtration could be directly calculated using Kozeng equation.
