心率对中心动脉脉压、反搏波增压的影响 被引量:1

EFFECTS OF THE HEART RATE TO CENTRAL ARTERY PULSE PRESSURE AND AUGUMENTATION PRESSURE

摘要 目的研究心率对中心动脉脉压、反搏波增压(AUG)的影响。方法选择行冠状动脉造影检查的患者294例,测量中心动脉脉压、反搏波增压及即时心率,按心率(HR)分为三组:HR≤60次/min组,60<HR≤80次/min组,HR>80次/min组,组间进行比较。结果 294例患者中能够测量出反搏波增压的为207例,占入选观察对象的70.4%。随心率的增加,中心动脉脉压、反搏波增压呈下降趋势。HR≤60次/min组中心动脉脉压与60<HR≤80次/min组和HR>80次/min组比较均P<0.05;HR≤60次/min组AUG与60<HR≤80次/min组和HR>80次/min组比较均P<0.05。结论进行有关中心动脉脉压和反搏波增压研究时,应考虑心率的影响。 Objective To explore the effects of the heart rate to central artery pulse pressure and augu- mentation pressure. Methods Consecutive 294 cases were selected who performed coronary angiography, central artery pulse pressure,augumentation pressure and the real- time heart rate were recorded./kll the subjects were divided into three groups: HR ≤ 60 times/min(group I);60 〈 HR≤80 times/min(group II) ;HR〉80 times/min(group III) ,and compared with the three groups. Results There were 207 cases to be able to measure the augumentation pressure among the 294 cases, accounting for observation of the ob- ject selected 70.4~. The central artery pulse pressure,augumentation pressure were decline. Central aortic pulse pressure was measured, group I (66. 41 ± 19.84mmHg) vs group II(61.81 ± 17.69mmHg), group I (66.41 ±19.84 mmHg) vs group III (56.17± 16.37 mmHg), they were both P 〈0.05. For AUG, group I (32.84 ±21.24 mmHg) vs group II (25.64 ± 17.83 mmHg), group I (32.84 ± 21.24) mmHg vs group III (26.68 ± 12.41 mmHg), they were both P〈0.05. Conclusion It is to take into account the effects of the heart rate that carry out the study of the central artery pulse pressure and augumentation pressure.
