摘要
锻件通常是用单一的成形工艺加工的。随着锻件尺寸和精度的提高 ,需要更大吨位的成形设备和非常昂贵的、高精度的模具。由于模具在非常高的接触应力下工作 ,其寿命大为缩短 ,因此 ,锻件的制造成本也不断提高。为了解决上述问题 ,以几个工程应用中的典型件为实例 ,介绍了如何灵活地利用不同塑性成形工艺的特性 ,适当地把几种不同工艺结合在一起 ,把获得高精度工序与强烈的金属流变过程分离开来的塑性成形新方法。
Forgings were usually manufactured by a sole of process.T his means that as long as increase in size and precision,larger tonnage of formi ng equipment,very expensive and high precision dies would be required.For workin g under extremely high of contacting stress,long service life of dies would be s hortened.Therefore,the manufacturing cost was by no means low.To solve the above -mentioned problems,some of engineering practices have been taken as examples i n this paper,which will explain the new concept of plastic forming technology of making ingeniously use of the mechanical characteristics of different kinds of plastic forming processes,combining several kinds of processes together properly and separating the procedure of strong metal flow from that of obtaining high p recicion.
