摘要
产品生命周期的全过程均会遭遇各种各样的决策问题。论述了决策问题的共性 ,分析了不确定因素的决策是当前制造技术决策中的主要难题和关键 ,提出了模糊决策方式。从知识的模糊表达、模糊推理过程、模糊综合评判方法、模糊推理的特点及其应用等方面论述了制造技术中的模糊逻辑决策 。
Many decision problems may be met within total process of production life cycle. In this paper, the general characteristics of decision problem are discussed, indefinite factor decision which is the main difficult and key problem in current manufacturing technology is analyzed, fuzzy decision mode is advanced.Fuzzy logical decision in manufacturing technology is discussed from knowledge fuzzy expression, fuzzy inference process, fuzzy comprehensive judge approach, distinguishing feature and its application etc..As an example,the determination of locating and clamping scheme in machining process is explained.
