摘要
本文介绍了一个适合于卧式加工中心的箱体类零件创成式CAPP/NC 系统.该糸统采用逻辑决策的方法。其核心是一系列工艺决策规则.系统能自动生成详细的工艺文件和数控程序,并已经在北京第一机床厂进行了实际应用,其结果表明所生成的工艺文件及数控程序具有实用价值.
A generative CAPP/NC system for box-type parts which fit for horizontal machine centres(HMC) is introduced in the paper.The system adopts logic decision method.Its core contains a lot of rules.The system can automatically generate detailed process files and numerical control programs,and it has been applied practically in Beijing No.1 Machine Tool Factory.The results show that the process files and numerical control programs generated are of practical value.
